HelloTN is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful platform for all users, including minors. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors.

Our Commitments

• HelloTN enforces a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and related content.
• All uploaded media, user posts, and listings are automatically and manually monitored and moderated for potential violations.
• Any content flagged or reported as potential abuse is immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities in India under IT Act & POCSO compliance.
• Accounts involved in such activity are permanently suspended.
• Our moderation and reporting mechanisms comply with Google Play’s CSAE standards and NCMEC (INHOPE) global best practices.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that may harm a child or involve exploitation, please report it immediately by:

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and escalated to regional and national authorities when required.
