- Any listing, ad, service, or UGC that violates law, ethics, or our policies.
- Any content against which a complaint or legal claim is raised.
5. Monetization & Promotions
- By using HelloTN, you agree that your data and usage may be shared with advertisers, affiliates, and monetization partners (including Google AdSense).
- Promotional content may be displayed alongside your use of the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
- HelloTN is not liable for:
- Accuracy of third-party content.
- Transactions between users and sellers.
- Losses, damages, claims, fraud, or misuse of services.
- HelloTN’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 1,000.
7. Indemnity

8. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts / Madras High Court.
